1- ORDERS
- How do I place my Order ?
In order to place your order you have to choose the desired product and add them to your Cart. When ready to checkout, click on the "Show Cart" Link and then on the PayPal Checkout logo to start the PayPal checkout process.
- Can I cancel/change my Order ?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to notify us. If we still didn't ship your product(s) we will change your order according to your desire. Keep in mind that if the items were already shipped we will not be able to cancel or change your order.
2- SHIPPING
- Do you ship internationally ?
Yes, we do. All our laser pointers can be shipped worldwide. The Shipping Costs will be shown in the Shopping cart during your purchase. Please check your Country's Laws and regulations for Laser Pointers. Even though we will try to help where we can, you are the only one responsible for the Customs costs or problems.
3- WARRANTY
- Does your laser pointers come with Warranty ?
Yes, our laser pointers come with a standart 3-Month warranty (RadaR, Meteor and Aqua Series). As for the QUANTUM Series, they come with a 6-Month Warranty. The warranty is only applicable to manufacturing defects.
4- RETURNS
- What is your Return Policy ?
We try our best to make our users as satisfied as possible. Because of that, we really prefer that our users keep the purchased items. However, if you feel like you have to return your product, you must do it within 7 days of your purchase. You will receive a full refund, minus the shipping charges.
