Acceptance of the Terms & Conditions

When you browse through EliteLasers.com, you are aware of and agree with the following terms and conditions (Items 1 through 4).

1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

EliteLasers.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage caused by the use, or inability to use any of it's products. This includes any kind of loss that may be caused by the ownership of a product sold by this website.

In no event shall EliteLasers.com be held responsible for any incidents regarding it's products or services.

2. ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND PRICES

All of our order payments are processed by PayPal.com. Our prices are shown in US$ (United States Dollar), and prevail by the time you pay for the order. Our shipping costs will be shown in your Shopping Cart before you Check out. The total price shown already include the Shipping Cost to any country Worldwide (Unless otherwise specified).

We reserve the right to change the prices at any time without prior notice.

By the time you pay for your order, you will be sent and e-mail (Through PayPal) which will confirm your payment. Your product will then be shipped within 3 (three) business days, either by our supplier in China, or through our own Stock in Paraguay, South America. DHL shall be used as shipping company at all times unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to deny any order for any reason whatsoever. If that happens a EliteLasers.com representative will contact you by e-mail or by Phone to let you know what happened. If the payment had already been issued, the full refund will be given.

You are responsible for all Custom, or any other kind of charges regarding the shipment after it leaves our supplier/facility. You are also responsible for researching your Country's laws and regulations regarding laser pointers.

3. WARRANTY

All our laser pointers come with a standard 3-Month Warranty (RadaR, Quantum, Meteor, Foggo, Vision and Aqua Series). The warranty is only applicable to manufacturing defects. If any warranty sticker is violated, or any damage was made to the Laser Pointer by the user, the warranty will be revoked.

4. RETURNS

If you wish to return your product, you must do it within 7 days of your purchase. You will receive a full refund, minus the shipping charges. You are responsible for the shipment back to us. You must contact us prior to sending it back to ask for a RMA code. If you return it without the RMA we will have no responsibility over your package.

5. COPYRIGHT

All trademarks, graphics, images and videos used in this website are property of EliteLasers.com and may not be used without our consent. They are protected by National and International Copyright Laws.

You are allowed to view and print this website for the sole purpose of placing an order with us. Any other copying/downloading will be considered infringement of copyright.
